పితృత్వపు సెలవు (Paternity Leave)

# వివాహితులైన పురుష ఉద్యోగులకు కొన్ని షరతులకు లోబడి 15 రోజుల వరకు పిత్ృత్వపు సెలవు మంజూరు చేయవచ్చును.

# భార్య ప్రసూతి 15 రోజుల ముందు నుండి గాని, అయిన తేది నుండి 6 నెలలలోపు ఎప్పుడైనా వాడుకోవచ్చును.
